AMS was started in 2015 by its owner Wesley English. He was employed as a customer services consultant for 15 years prior to starting AMS. He had a vision of starting a taxi service whereby passengers would be comfortable and feel safe while traveling to and from work.  

Being a customer service representative made him ideal in making sure his customers are put at the forefront of his business.
